Bringing World Music Into Education

Musiko Musika works to enable vibrant and creative multi-cultural communities formed from individuals that are secure in their cultural identity and possessing the tools to engage positively with other cultures and develop their potential through music. We believe that music is a powerful tool to achieve that objective as it transcends language and social barriers, building bridges between people and cultures and developing personal, social and intellectual skills. The organisation delivers a wide range of innovative and original music projects across the UK and internationally in Madrid and South America, working with over 2,000 children and young people each year.
